Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon Rachel is an Air Force Veteran where she spent her career as an Arabic Linguist and an Emergency Manager. Rachel is now majoring in Civil Engineering and working at the office of Veterans and Military affairs on campus. A fun fact about Rachel is that, within a six year time period, she resided in 6 different states and toured 2 separate countries.
